The brief

SJK(T) Ladang Wellesley needed one official home online for nearly 500 pupils, their families and the community. It had to read naturally in English, Malay and Tamil, hold everything parents look for, and be easy for teachers to keep up to date.

What we built

Three languages on every page
English, Malay and Tamil, switched with one tap from the header, down to the school's motto, crest and song.
Admin panel for staff
A secure sign-in where school staff publish announcements, school news, notices and events, which appear on the site newest first.
Achievements board
65 results and awards from district to international level, filterable by activity (chess, silambam, archery, maths and more) and by level, with every certificate poster viewable in full.
Photo gallery
School life in pictures, sorted into the school, its facilities and its achievements, with tap-to-enlarge viewing.
Everything parents look for
More than ten sections: school profile, management, academics and 2026 classes, student affairs, co-curriculum, programmes, downloads and links to platforms like DELIMa.
Contact form and office details
A message form alongside the office phone, email, opening hours and directions, so enquiries reach the right place.

How it's built

Built with Next.js and deployed to Cloudflare Workers through OpenNext, so pages are served from Cloudflare's global network.
Pages are rendered on the server, so they load fast and search engines can read them.
The admin panel sits behind a staff sign-in; visitors can only read.
