2. Project work is agreed separately

These terms cover the website only. Any design or development work we do for you is governed by the quotation, proposal, or agreement we both accept for that project.

Sending an enquiry through the site doesn't create a contract or commit either of us to a project. The budget ranges on the site help us understand your project; they are not quotes.

3. Using the site

You agree not to:

• use the site for anything unlawful
• send spam, malicious files, or false information through the enquiry form
• try to disrupt the site, or reach parts of it you're not meant to access
• copy or scrape the site's content for commercial use without our permission

Client names and logos shown on the site belong to their owners and appear only to show work we've done for them.
